Double Story Window Cleaning? No Worries!

The team at Locked in Window recommend you have your window tracks cleaned just as much as your window panes. This is around two to three times a year. If anything, window tracks get dirty quicker then panes, as dust, dirt and bugs love to settle in the small groove in the track. Another factor that would greatly increase your frequency of track cleaning is the presence of pets. If you have cats, dogs, or any other types of furry friends living in your home, they add so much more dust then a home without pets. A decent amount of the shed hair is then blown up into the air by your fans and air conditioning, and over time turns to dust and settles in your window tracks. It is also so much easier to have an expert window cleaner undertake the task of cleaning your window tracks for you. Getting into that tiny gap yourself can be a nightmare, but our team of local window contractors are well equipped with the tools and skills to make short work of your window track dust.

We value our Mandurah customers safety, and that is why we highly recommend DO NOT attempt to clean your two story windows yourself, it is just plain unsafe, and we also understand you do not want someone unskilled or unprepared getting hurt on your Mandurah property. Thankfully our Mandurah local window cleaning contractors have the advanced experience, skill and equipment to get the job done safely. We use high quailty and safety rated ladders, harnesses and even scissor lifts and cherry pickers if need be, but that is more on the commercial side. On top of this, the team at Locked in Window Cleaning Mandurah employs the use of water fed poles and extension poles where we can to avoid having to get on top of roofs and increasing the risk of an accident. In some circumstances it may even be appropriate to use mobile scaffold or stationary scaffold. Before our jobs officially start, a point is made to analyse the safety of the procedure and situation, and put in place the appropriate hazard control measures, making sure everyone gets back to their Mandurah home safe and sound!
